You know caboose… Unlike you, I care about the health and safety of people that like to do their own excavating. I also care about the financial impact that damaging underground facilities have on MY customers, and to the community. It doesn’t matter where he is digging, digging unsafely is just plain stupid. And, by the way Mr Caboose… I can do ALOT about it! So, quit being a little smart ass because your not being cute.
